Gold Coast Cruises is passionate about creating beautiful memories of your wedding day. Our Deluxe Wedding Cruise Package, along the popular Gold Coast Broadwater, caters for 70 people and provides exclusive use of the The Lady for the entire day you book your event.
From the moment you step aboard for your wedding celebrations, you will be instantly charmed by the ambience. The Lady houses two decks. The lower level saloon offers an air-conditioned reception area, a fully licensed bar, a professional kitchen galley and dance floor for your sit-down function. The upper undercover deck boasts stunning uninterrupted views for your ceremony and provides ample seating for your guests.
We suggest you have your wedding ceremony while remaining berthed at Marina Mirage. Following this, you can head off to a local beach or park for your bridal party photos with our professional photographer and return to enjoy the 4 hour calm water cruise for your wedding reception.
We have included everything in this package from limousine transfers, to entertainment, elegant event styling, a 4 hour beverage package, delicious catering… and more. Your wedding day should be extraordinary! We want you to leave our vessel, sharing your first night as newlyweds, knowing you truly did just experience the most sensational day of your lives.

Ceremony Officiated by a Marriage Celebrant
- Your marriage will be officiated and solemnised by a preferred Commonwealth Authorised Marriage Celebrant (Male or Female).
- Marriage Celebrant to meet with the couple, before their wedding day, to ensure all legal documentation is completed according to the Marriage Act 1961.
- All finalised legal paperwork is submitted to QLD Registry of Births Deaths & Marriages for registration of the marriage.
- A legal ceremonial Wedding Certificate (Form 15) is issued to the married couple on the day.
- Written ceremony content to be finalised before your wedding day.
professional Wedding Photographer
- Professional photography will capture your magical wedding day moments. This package includes photos of the venue styling; arrival of the Groom followed by the Bride to The Lady; the wedding ceremony on the upper deck; post-ceremony Bridal Party photos (Main Beach is a popular choice for these fabulous shots); the newlywed's arrival back to The Lady, cake cutting and photos with the guests. Our signature group photo from the stern of The Lady is a shot you are sure to love too.
- You are provided with all of the photos taken on the day. These are edited in high resolution with no watermark, to share with your family and friends.
- You can request our photographer to stay on-board for your 4 hour wedding reception. This is an optional extra and the additional cost is very reasonable at $200.
Canapés | 3 Course Plated or Buffet Meal
- Chef's selection of delicious canapés are platter presented and served by our wait staff to your guests for 30 minutes.
- We offer a variety of menu selections including alternate plated meals or our hot and cold buffet. We source fresh seasonal produce of the highest quality. This is delivered on the day of your function and prepared in the professional kitchen galley by our talented Executive Chefs.
- After the wedding cake has been ceremoniously cut by the Bride and Groom, it will be served as dessert with raspberry coulis and cream.
4 Hour Wedding Reception Cruise
- You have declared your commitment to your partner in a beautiful ceremony overlooking Marina Mirage, and now it is time to celebrate your nuptials together with your family and friends.
- Gold Coast Cruises Deluxe Wedding Cruise Package includes a fabulous 4 hour cruise on the Broadwater. Whether it is an afternoon lunch or sunset evening dinner wedding reception, you will enjoy spectacular uninterrupted 360 degree views while calm water cruising past some of Gold Coast's iconic landmarks. - Upon your return to Marina Mirage, we allow one hour to disembark. If you are having an absolute blast and would like to continue your party for a little longer? We are always happy to accommodate as best we can.
4 hour Beverage Package
- Celebrate your wedding with our 4 hour standard beverage package. You can choose the time you would like to start this on your day.
- Beers include VB, XXXX Gold, Pure Blonde, Great Northern Original or Super Crisp and Corona.
- Wines include premier selections of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Rose, Moscato, Shiraz Cabernet and Cabernet Merlot.
- Champagne on offer premier selection Brut or Prosecco.
- Non-Alcoholic drinks are juices and soft drinks.

- Cliffhangers Entertainment has been providing expert DJs to Gold Coast clients since 1984. They are experienced, reliable and know how to play great music to create a positive atmosphere and bring your night alive. That is why they have won awards! You can also request your DJ to be the Master of Ceremonies for your event.
- Live entertainment is absolutely another option. We have some great referrals. This may incur an additional cost depending upon your desired choice of live music.
- Whatever your preferred theme of music vibes for your day, our entertainment is booked for the duration of your cruise, following your ceremony.
Hair & Makeup for Our Bride
- We want our Bride to feel stunning on her wedding day, so our professional makeup artist and hair stylist will ensure you look drop-dead gorgeous.
- Your preferred choice of styling to be discussed and confirmed before your wedding day. If you are looking for a more natural look or full glamour, our highly qualified makeup artist has a diverse background in the industry and is sought after for her ability to capture on trend looks.
- Package does not include a pre-wedding day trial. Professional hair and makeup services for your Bridesmaids, Mothers of the Bride and Groom, Flower Girls etc. can also be arranged at an additional cost. You can discuss this all directly with our preferred vendor.
Bouquet | Buttonhole | Floral Table Centrepieces
- 7 floral arrangements for your table centrepieces are included in our Deluxe Wedding Cruise Package. One for the bridal table and the remaining 6 centrepieces are for your guest tables. There are many beautiful ideas to choose from when creating your preferred style and theme for your table decorations. Our florist is incredibly talented and will help you achieve your concept.
- We have decided to go one step further with our Deluxe Gold Coast Wedding Cruise Package to include a stunning bouquet for the Bride and matching buttonhole for the Groom.
- For our same sex couples, you may choose to have two Bridal bouquets or two Groomsmen buttonholes.
- Our wedding florist sources fresh seasonal flowers from the markets and your arrangements are delivered fresh on the morning of your wedding day.
Two Limousine Transfers
- Transport for the Bride, Groom and the Bridal Party is always a consideration on their wedding day. How would you like to arrive to or leave from your wedding on The Lady berthed at Marina Mirage? We have included two comfortable limousine transfers as part of our complete wedding package for you to book as you choose.
- There are a variety of ways you can elect to utilise your transfers. We are happy to discuss your preferred transport requests for the Gold Coast region.
- Our limousine company service providers take great pride in their customer service and want you to travel and arrive at your destination feeling safe, relaxed and super excited!
Handcrafted Sugar Cookies for Wedding Favours
- Would you like to give a special wedding favour to each of your wedding guests? Yes please! And... YUM! We think it's a fabulous, fun and unique inclusion to our Deluxe Wedding Cruise Package.
- Our supplier specialises in hand crafted sugar cookies. Each cookie is decorated with royal icing and carefully crafted to be the perfectly balanced sweet treat, and it tastes as good as it looks.
- Our package includes 70 cookies, approximately 2 inches in size, individually wrapped. Our supplier is known for their classic, yet contemporary designs and will help guide you to pick the perfect cookie wedding favour for your event.
Ceremony | Sit-Down Reception Event Styling
- Creating your preferred theme for styling on your wedding day is an important factor when choosing your venue. As part of our package we offer an elegant selection of items.
- Your wedding ceremony is set and orchestrated on the upper undercover deck of The Lady. Provision of seating with 6 aisle bouquets, an aisle runner, 2 white pillars dressed with green plants and a signing table.
- Reception tables and chairs are dressed in your choice of white or black linen and chair covers. We offer a large selection of sash and chair band colours. Tables are dressed with our 7 fresh floral centrepiece inclusions. Add to this some pretty tea light candles and your stunning sit-down setting is complete for your party.
- Should you wish to dress your wedding with items we do not stock, we are happy for you to do so. Our preferred vendor Clara-Jean Events has a warehouse filled with gorgeous product for hire and plenty of fresh ideas. This may incur an additional cost and is discussed with Clara-Jean.
Wedding Event Coordinator
- Our Gold Coast Cruises Event Manager Danielle, is highly experienced in managing functions and coordinating weddings.
- Danielle will be your main point of contact and will ensure every detail of your Deluxe Gold Coast Wedding Cruise Package is attended to. She is a Marriage Celebrant and appreciates how stressful the organisation of a wedding can be for all involved. Her role is to manage your wedding so it unfolds with ease and is truly stress-free.
- It is important you experience a pleasurable and safe cruise. The Lady's staff are attentive and work hard to provide first class service to our guests. We want you to relax and enjoy every moment.
Deluxe Wedding Cruise Conditions of Booking
- Our Deluxe Wedding Cruise Package pricing is based on 70 people inclusive of Children 2 to 12 Years. We can comfortably accommodate 80 people for sit-down function, or you may have less than 70 people. We are happy to discuss pricing variations according to your preferences for your wedding day.
- Third Party Vendor Package Inclusions: Celebrant, Photographer, Floral Arrangements, Hair & Make-up, Entertainment, Limousines or Wedding Favours can be removed from the Deluxe Stress-Free Wedding Package price, if you would like to secure the services of your own Preferred Supplier/s.
- Deposit: $500 Non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding booking date. Payment by Direct Deposit Bank Transfer or Credit Card. Refund is applied when cancellation is made outside of 3 months from your booking date.
- Balance Payment: Required no later than two weeks prior to your wedding booking date.
- Public Holidays incur a 10% surcharge.
- Legal Marriage in Australia: Please note Section 42 of the Marriage Act 1961 requires that a marriage shall not be solemnised unless a Notice of Intended Marriage is completed and lodged with your chosen Authorised Celebrant. The marriage cannot be solemnised until after one month from the date the Authorised Celebrant receives the notice.
